On May 19th 2024, we posted an X Roll-Call for the % of Ontario corn and soybean acres planted up to the end of the day.

Soybeans have made some progress with all respondents reporting about 27% complete.

Estimate corn planting is 59% complete as of Sunday, May 19th. Significant progress has been made since on many soil types, with the exception being the heavy clays, which seem really need the typical drying days we get in May.

This was our second roll call for the 2024 cropping season, and we look forward to your participation in future polls.
